The Young Republicans Committee is your launchpad into public life — a community built to equip teens and young adults with the tools, training, and connections to lead in Yuma’s civic arena.

This isn’t about sitting on the sidelines. We’re here to give young conservatives a seat at the table — whether it’s organizing events, helping campaigns, or having real conversations about the future of our nation.

Too often, young people are overlooked in politics — this results in feeling disenfranchised. As a result, many youths are uninvolved in the political process. We believe you’re the key to defending liberty, restoring responsibility, and securing the future of our constitutional republic.

We’re committed to:

Promoting the conservative principles of limited government, individual freedom, free enterprise, and strong national defense
Educating our members and the community on how those values shape real-world policies
Creating a space for honest discussion, debate, and action
Cultivating the next generation of bold, informed, and articulate leaders

Ages 13–18 | Actively meeting

This group has been up and running since 2023!

We meet monthly to:

Learn about current issues
Practice leadership through meetings and debates using Parliamentary Procedure
Organize with local candidates, elected officials and causes
Build friendships with like-minded peers
Take real steps to impact elections and policies in Yuma County

Our Young Republicans Club is being built for working adults, students, and young professionals who want to network, serve, and stand for conservative values. Stay tuned — details coming soon.

We host monthly meetings at the Yuma County Republican Party Headquarters.
Our committee members help plan events, speakers, and special training sessions to sharpen your political voice.
