REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE OPPORTUNITIES

Republican candidates who win their primary election and advance to the November 2026 general election will have several opportunities to introduce themselves, promote their campaigns, and connect with voters during the evening.

Candidate opportunities are separate from admission and are available only to eligible Republican general-election nominees.

Candidate Promotional Table | $100 + event ticket

• Designated candidate table in the candidate engagement area (open 5:00-5:50pm only). Once the program begins, we ask all candidates to take their seats inside the dining room
• Space for campaign literature, signs, palm cards, and informational materials
• Opportunity for the candidate and campaign representatives to speak directly with attendees

Space is limited to 10 candidate tables. First come, first served. Deadline to reserve is Monday August 31, 2026.

The candidate table fee does not include event admission. A ticket must be purchased separately for each individual in order to go inside the main event area.

Five-Minute Candidate Speaking Opportunity | $300

• MUST be paid and submitted no later than 10 August.
• Up to five minutes of scheduled stage time during the event program
• Opportunity to introduce the candidate and communicate the campaign’s message directly to attendees during the program

Deadline to reserve is Monday August 10, 2026 so it can be included in the printed program. Speaking times will be strictly enforced to preserve the event schedule.

Three-Minute Candidate Video Presentation | $300

• MUST be paid and submitted no later than 10 August.
• Up to three minutes of professionally prepared campaign video content shown during the event
• Candidate is responsible for providing the completed video by the stated production deadline
• All video content is subject to technical and content review

Deadline to reserve is Monday August 10, 2026 and video is due for review no later than Monday, August 17, 2026.

Candidate Program Advertising

Limited Numbers. First come, first served. In order for printing to be done in time for the event, ads must be purchased and artwork submitted no later than August 10, 2026.

• Back-cover advertisement: $300 – one available
• Inner front cover: $200 – one available
• Inner back cover: $150 – one available
• Full-page interior advertisement: $100 – 2 available
• Half-page interior advertisement: $50 – 4 available

A full-page advertisement is approximately 5.5 × 8.5 inches.

Premium advertisement positions, speaking opportunities, video slots, and candidate tables are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after payment and required materials are received.

All candidate participation must comply with event guidelines, applicable campaign-finance requirements, venue rules, and deadlines established by the Yuma County Republican Party.
