Yuma GOP Chairman (2025-2027)
As a senior-level executive in both nonprofit and for-profit institutions, Bill Regenhardt’s many years of leadership, marketing, management, community engagement, workforce development and economic development experience fits well for YCRCC Chairman’s position.
Mr. Regenhardt’s experience includes executive level positions that require expertise in MARCOM planning and implementation, community relations, community partnership development, economic development, project and operations management, strategic planning, multi-stream budget management, cross-departmental project management, human resources and staff development.
His experience in Workforce Development spans serving on both Workforce Investment Act (WIA) and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) boards in multiple states, serving as Executive Director of the Yuma County Workforce Board, and as a WIOA service provider. His role as the Regional Director of Operations for National University, where he received his MBA in International Business, and as an Adjunct Professor of Business at the College of Southern Nevada has given him a distinctive perspective in collaborating with institutions of higher learning, and working with state education officials across the United States.
His most recent position was as the Director of Workforce Development with the Southern Nevada Regional Economic Development Authority which works in conjunction with the Governor’s Office of Economic Development and the Governor’s Office of Workforce Innovation.
Mr. Regenhardt’s accomplishments have been achieved through outstanding interpersonal communication skills, with a unique ability to professionally network and negotiate at the highest levels, and effectively coordinate with various stakeholders in facilitating change in a community to support organizational objectives. His commitment to a high standard of ethics and values is paramount. Bill’s hobbies include martial arts, shooting, singing, and serving as a volunteer throughout the community. Bill Regenhardt currently serves as the president of Regis Partners Consulting AZ in Yuma, AZ.
